How to get there by car

From South junction (Jižní spojka) take the exit to Krč – East (Krč – východ). Pass under South junction and drive on into Vídeňská Street in the direction of Krč. Behind Thomayerova hospital turn right at the junction with traffic lights into V Zálesí Street and after 200 m turn left into Štůrova Street. Drive on straight and after 1 km turn right at the junction with traffic lights into Durychova Street and then at the roundabout turn left into Novodvorská Street. The development is located at the end of Novodvorská Street at the right hand side.

How to get there by public transport

There are bus stops directly on location – lines 165, 197, 215 and the after-hours 904. It takes the bus less than 15 minutes to get to the subway stations Chodov or Kačerov on line C. There are plans to build a new subway station on line D in the future directly opposite the site.

You can choose from 20 types of modern combinations of floor and wall tiles and for a small surcharge up to 190 premium options. The price includes high-quality fixtures (wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower, according to the layout of the apartment) and a discharge for the washing machine. The offer also includes a wide range of bathroom furniture and accessories.


10 decors of floating laminate floors can be chosen in all living areas, including the kitchen and closets accessible from living areas. The bathroom, WC, foyer and hallway closet have ceramic tiling. The balconies have frost-proof tiles, the terraces have concrete tiles with washed surfaces, or possibly frost-proof ceramic tiles.


The front door is secure and fire-proof (class III safety) with laminate on the surface and door frame on the outside. The interior doors are full, the door from the hallway to the living room is glazed. Seven decors can be chosen. All doors (interior and front door) have a raised height of 2100 mm and come with premium stainless steel fittings and perimeter seals.


Most units come installed with a modern, energy-efficient controlled ventilation system with heat recuperation, i.e. equipment for recovering heat. This is an air exchange system where the heat from exhaust air is used to heat the air that is fed inside. In summer, supplied fresh air is cooled by up to 6°C and in winter it is heated up. Recuperation therefore generates savings on heating costs while simultaneously creating a healthy home.


The building and units have modern data wiring for broadband, advanced telephone services and digital satellite TV. All the rooms have TV and Internet connections.


The energy performance class of the building is B. The apartments have their own thermal meters and are connected to the central heating.


Hassle-free parking is available in underground parking spaces for residents. Visitors can conveniently use the parking lot in front of the building or in a designated underground spot.


Electrical connections are prepared for additionally installing outdoor blinds in selected apartments.
