Getting around

Another reason Petrograd is a great place to live in is the public transport. All it takes is a few minutes to get anywhere you want in the center by tram, just by rounding the corner to Vršovice Station, which will get you to the Main Station in just 4 minutes. There is a bus stop in front of the building for lines 124 and 139. It takes just a few meters to get to the tram stop, where you can catch numbers 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 13, 21, 24, 92 and 95.

BATHROOM

Bathrooms are finished in all units. We chose popular modern options that meet the requirements of even the most demanding clients. The price includes premium fixtures, wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower, and a discharge for the washing machine.

FLOORS

Most of the units are finished, including modern and premium floors (two of the most popular varieties are alternated here). The floors are floating laminate in all living areas, including the kitchen and closets accessible from living areas. Up to 10 decors can be chosen for several of the larger apartments. The bathroom, WC, foyer and closet accessible from the hallway have premium ceramic tiling. The balconies have frost-proof ceramic tiles, the terraces have concrete tiles with washed surfaces.

DOORS

The front door is secure and fire-proof (class III safety) with laminate on the surface and door frame on the outside. Most apartments are finished, including the front door (two very popular varieties alternate here). For certain larger apartments, 6 decors of interior doors, including door frames, can be chosen. All doors (interior and front door) come with premium fittings and perimeter seals.

ENERGY RECOVERY

Ventilation is provided in all apartments using a recovery system, i.e. equipment for recuperating heat. This is an efficient and environmentally friendly air exchange system where the heat from exhaust air is used to heat up the air that is fed inside. During summer months, however, the air is cooled up to 6°C. Recovery therefore saves on heating costs and likewise creates a healthy home.

COMMUNICATION

The building and units have modern data wiring for broadband, advanced telephone services and digital satellite TV. All the rooms have TV connections.

ENERGY

Energy performance of the building B – very efficient. The apartments have their own thermal meters and are connected to the central heating system.

PARKING

Hassle-free parking is available in underground parking spaces for residents.

ADDITIONALLY

Designer elements in the common areas and electrical connections for the additional installation of exterior roller blinds in all units.
