GETTING AROUND

Another reason Bohdalec Gardens is a great place to live in is the excellent public transport. It is no problem getting anywhere in a couple minutes by using the tram to the city center. A tram stop close to the building serves lines 11 and 14, as well as bus lines 150 and 188. Tram lines 135, 136 and 213 can also be used to get to the closest subway station.

BATHROOM

Up to 20 types of tiles can be chosen for bathrooms. An additional 190 premium bathrooms can be chosen for a small fee. The price includes premium fixtures, wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower. Clients can also choose bathroom furniture for a surcharge.

FLOORS

12 decors of floating laminate flooring in all rooms, including the kitchen and closets, can be chosen. The bathroom, WC, foyer and hallway closet will have premium ceramic tiling. The balconies, terraces and loggias will have frost-proof tiles.

DOORS

The front door is secure and fire-proof with laminate on the surface and door frame on the outside. Seven decors of doors for inside the unit can be chosen. The door from the hallway to the living room is glazed, all the others are full with high-quality stainless steel fittings. The door frame will be in the same decor. All doors, including the front door, have a raised height of 2,100 mm.

TECHNOLOGY

The building and units have modern data wiring for broadband Internet, digital and satellite television. All the rooms have TV connections.

ENERGY RECOVERY

Certain units are equipped with controlled ventilation using an energy recovery system. This is a modern, efficient air exchange system where the heat from exhaust air is used primarily in winter months to heat the air that is fed inside.

ENERGY AND HEATING

The energy classification of the building is B. Every apartment has its own heat meter.

PARKING

There is hassle-free parking for selected units in underground or outdoor parking spaces for residents. Visitors can conveniently use the parking spaces close to the building.
