Getting around

In the immediate vicinity is the Vysočanská subway station on line B, and around the corner is the Nádraží Vysočany tram stop, where lines 14, 16, 36 and 94. run. There is also a bus stop a few meters away for lines 136, 151, 152, 177, 182, 183, 195, 375 and 913. The Praha-Vysočany train station is just a couple of minutes away on foot and it takes just 8 minutes to get to the center from there.

Up to 95 color combinations of floor and wall tiles can be chosen for bathrooms. The price includes premium fixtures, wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower. Bathroom furniture can also be chosen for a surcharge.


Modern, two-layer wooden floors glued to the substrate. Choice of 8 decors. The bathroom, WC, foyer and closet accessible from the hallway have premium ceramic tiling. High-quality vinyl floors can also be chosen in all rooms and hallways for an additional charge. Terraces, balconies and loggias have frost-proof ceramic tiles.


The front door is secure and fire-proof with laminate on the surface and door frame on the outside. Interior doors to all living spaces are glassed, the rest full. Choice of 9 decors. Frames are lined in the same decor. Fittings are quality stainless steel. All doors, interior and the front door, have a raised height of 2100 mm. Wooden Euro windows with double-glazing thermal insulation.


The building and units have modern data wiring for broadband, advanced telephone services and digital satellite TV. TV and data cables are run to all the rooms. All units have electronic security equipment and a video door-phone.


Bathrooms, WC, and hallways have drywall drop ceilings with modern spotlights.


The 4+kk units on the top floor have air conditioning. Ventilation in several of the units is provided by a forced recovery system (controlled ventilation with an up to 6° temperature drop during the summer months). This is a modern air exchange system where the heat from exhaust air is used to heat the air that is fed inside. Recuperation therefore generates savings on heating costs while simultaneously creating a healthy home.


The energy classification of the building is B, each apartment has its own thermostat, all units have hot-water heating under the floor.
