BATHROOM

Bathrooms are finished in all units. We have chosen some popular varieties of modern floor and wall tiles that meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of even the most demanding clients. The price includes premium fixtures (wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower with a cast marble bath). The premium design available in certain units includes a sink with hanging closet and mirror.

FLOORS

For living spaces and closets, 8 decors of three-layer wooden floors. Foyers and hallway closets have large-format rectified ceramic tiles. The tiling in the balconies and terraces is frost-proof.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

The front door is secure and fire-proof (class III safety) with laminate on the surface and door frame on the outside. The interior part of the door has a premium white veneer with cover strips on the surface. The interior doors to all living spaces are glazed, the rest full with door frames. 9 painted wooden decors can be chosen. For units of the Premium design, a bonded duo parquet floor can be chosen. Modern wooden windows (Euro windows) are the standard.

DRYWALL DROP CEILINGS

Bathrooms, WC, and hallways have drywall drop ceilings with modern spotlights.

CLIMATE CONTROL

In all apartments we offer a modern and environmentally friendly system of air exchange using controlled ventilation with heat recovery. This guarantees a stable temperature in the apartment and, above all, the constant supply of healthy, clean air. This ventilation method contributes to a healthier climate without undesirable dust, noise or pollen agents, while ensuring optimal humidity. What´s more, waste heat in the household is used very effectively, thus significantly reducing the energy demand of the building. Premium apartments have energy recovery with cooled inlet air.

ENERGY AND HEATING

The energy classification of the building is B. Every apartment has its own heat meter. The main bathroom (all bathrooms in certain units) has electrically heated tiles.

PARKING

Hassle-free parking is provided for selected units in underground parking spaces for residents. Entering the building is done by remote control.
