How to get there by car


Leave the Southern Junction at exit Zahradní město for Švehlova Street. Go straight on Švehlova for about 2.4 km. At the light turn right on Hornoměcholupská, you will enter a roundabout after about 2 km, take the second exit to continue on Hornoměcholupská. Take the second exit at the next roundabout as well to continue on Hornoměcholupská. The site will be on the left-hand side after about 1 km.

How to get there by public transport


There are bus stops directly on location for lines (154, 175 and 183) that run to the subway stations of C – Háje and A – Skalka. The center of Prague can also be reached very quickly by train. It’s a roughly seven-minute walk to the train stop.

BATHROOM

You can choose up to 20 types of bathrooms. You can choose from up to 190 premium bathrooms for a small fee. The price includes premium fixtures, wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower, discharge for the washing machine. You also have the choice of bathroom furniture.

FLOORS

The floors are floating laminate in all living areas, including the kitchen and closets accessible from living areas. 12 decors of floors can be chosen. The bathroom, WC, foyer and closet accessible from the hallway have premium ceramic tiling. The balconies have frost-proof tiles, the terraces have concrete tiles with washed surfaces, or frost-proof ceramic tiles.

DOORS

The front door is secure and fire-proof (class III safety) with laminate on the surface and door frame on the outside. The interior doors are full. The door from the hallway to the living room is glazed. Choice of 6 decors. Frames are lined in the same decor. The fittings are quality stainless steel, all-perimeter seals. All doors, interior and the front door, have a raised height of 2100 mm.

COMMUNICATION

The building and units have modern data wiring for broadband, advanced telephone services and digital satellite TV. Television and data cables are run to all rooms, and apartments 2+kk and larger have a data cabinet.

The energy consumption class of the building B, central heating, each apartment its own heat measurement.

Hassle-free parking is available in underground parking spaces for residents. Visitors can conveniently use the parking lot in front of the building.
