How to get there by car


From the Prague Ring Road (Pražský okruh) turn to the Rozvadovská Street (Rozvadovská spojka) and take the first exit to Řevnická street. Take the end turn left into Na Radosti street. The project is on your right hand side. Only 20 minutes by car or public transit to the center of Prague (Wenceslas Square).

How to get there by public transport


Five-minute walk to the Zličín subway station on line B and to Metropole Zličín. Also a five-minute walk away are the bus stops for lines 100, 130, 164, 180, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 336, 347, 358, 380, 384, 386, the night service 952, 957, and the bus to Ruzyně Airport is 15 minutes away.

BATHROOM

Bathrooms are finished in all units. We chose popular modern options that meet the requirements of even the most demanding clients. The price includes premium fixtures, wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or shower.

FLOORS

The units are finished, including modern and premium floors (two of the most popular varieties are alternated here). The floors are floating laminate in all living areas, including the kitchen and closets accessible from living areas. Ventilation is provided using a forced recovery system (equipment for recuperating heat). This is a modern air exchange system where the heat from exhaust air is used to heat the air that is fed inside. Recuperation therefore generates savings on heating costs while simultaneously creating a healthy home.

The energy consumption classification of the building is B, central heating, each apartment has its own heat measurement.
