Getting around by public transport

Getting to and from Harfa Design Residence is unrivaled. There is a tram stop directly in front of the building and the Českomoravská (B) subway station is just a short walk away. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the city center.

Getting around by car

Take the South Junction to Průmyslová Street (exit Hloubětín), after 3,5 km turn left to Poděbradská Street. Continue 2 km straight to Českomoravská Street. The location is 1 km on the left side. Residence u Radnice is set next to the O2 Arena.

Up to 95 color combinations of deluxe floor and wall tiles can be chosen for bathrooms. Several other exceptional design features, moreover, can be chosen especially for this project. The price includes premium fixtures, wall-hung toilet, sink, acrylic bathtub or tiled shower. At an additional price, bathroom furniture can also be chosen.


8 decors of high-grade wooden floors can be chosen for living spaces and closets. A vinyl floor can be chosen at an additional cost. The bathroom, WC, foyer and closet accessible from the hallway have premium ceramic tiling.

Doors and windows

One of the standards of this project is modern sliding aluminum windows with insulating triple glazing and roof wooden windows (Euro windows) with remote control and wind speed sensor. The front door with highly durable laminate on the surface meets safety and fire requirements and has a door frame on the outside. Using sliding doors in the interior is a very elegant way of saving space in the apartment. The doors to the living areas are glazed, the rest are fully paneled with a choice of 9 decors. All doors have the above-standard raised height of 2,100 mm.

Drywall drop ceilings

The interior walls in the individual units use the modern drywall system with excellent soundproof and aesthetic features. Bathrooms, WC, and hallways have drywall drop ceilings with spotlights.


All apartments are wired for broadband Internet and digital satellite TV. TV cabling is run to all the rooms. All units are equipped with electronic security equipment and video door phone.

Energy and heating

The energy classification of the building is B, each apartment has its own thermostat, all units have hot-water heating under the floor.

Internal climate control

All units are ventilated using a forced recovery system (equipment for recuperating heat). This is a modern air exchange system where the heat from exhaust air is used to heat the air that is fed inside. What's more, during summer months, the air is cooled up to 6°C. Recovery therefore saves on heating costs and likewise creates a healthy home.


Hassle-free parking is provided for selected units in underground parking spaces for residents. Visitors can conveniently use the parking spaces close to the building.


All the windows in individual units are electrically prepared for the additional installation of outdoor shuttering. For convenience, water consumption will be read by a remote-controlled meter. Selected larger terraces meet the static requirements for installing whirlpools at the designated location.
