CENTRAL GROUP offers the widest range of financing on the new housing market in the Czech Republic. They are the only developer that makes it possible for their clients to move into their completed homes under certain conditions prior to paying the purchase price. For each type of financing, the client pays only 10% of the price of the home or apartment after signing the contract. A mortgage or individual financing can be used to pay off the balance. For maximum security and safety, moreover, each client has the opportunity to make use of notarial custody for all funds paid.

How to get there by car

Take Highway D1 in the direction Brno. Take EXIT 6 (Průhonice) and turn right before the roundabout in the direction of Uhříněves. Continue through the roundabout to the highway until you reach Pitkovice. At the roundabout in Pitkovice, take the first exit to the street Májovková, then go straight for about 400 meters. The site is located off the second exit in the roundabout.

How to get there by public transport

Take Bus 213 from Háje metro station on line C to station Nové Pitkovice. The bus will take you in the direction you came through the roundabout. You will turn left onto Májovková Street. The site is located off the second exit in the roundabout. .
